Movement: Precise Japanese Quartz Movement
Chronograph: 1/10th Second Dial (upper one), Seconds Dial (lower one), Minutes Dial (middle one).
Press the start/pause button (upper button) to start the chronograph, press it again to stop it. Then press the reset button (bottom button) to reset the sub-dials.
You need to lock the small sub-dials before resetting them, otherwise they may work erratically when you press the 2 buttons.
Water Resistance: Up to 3 ATM (30M); Product suitable for daily use but do not wear it when showering, swimming, snorkeling or diving.
Calendar: You may need to set the date at the beginning of the month.
Crown Usage: Pull the crown out to the first section and set the calendar, pull it out to the second section and rotate it clockwise to set the time.
